This song is super vulnerable for me to post because I hate to admit that I’ve fallen victim to the comparison game. And not just in a get you down type of way in a wreck your whole world way. I know social media can be a useful tool and I love it for that but it can also be the perfect opportunity for the enemy to sneak into your mind and tell you that you are doing enough, you aren’t talented enough, you aren’t worthy enough. So I’m still learning the boundaries and healthy limits to posting my songs and things that I enjoy but also taking space away from my phone. We weren’t created to constantly compare ourselves to everyone. Anyways long rant over. Here’s a song I just wrote called “overthinking” 🤷‍♀️
